Adidas Footwear

Following Adidas's announcement that its CEO is stepping down, I took a look at  the company annual reports. Adidas does not report running as a separate business line, but there are a number of useful and interesting metrics.

Since footwear is the largest revenue line, this post looks at footwear from a few different aspects below.

Revenues

Total revenues broken down by footwear, apparel, and accessories & gear.

Footwear revenues as a percentage of total - footwear is the largest revenue source for Adidas.

Manufacturing

How many pairs has Adidas manufactured for each of the last five years.

Percentage manufactured in Asia.

Percentage of Adidas shoes per country of manufacturing. Vietnam has been the largest manufacturer of Adidas for the last five years, excluding 2021 when due to Covid lockdowns it was replaced by Indonesia.
